JULI MANERS - SINGER IN TEST REVUE

Juli is without a doubt a singer/entertainer extraordinaire. Her talent and beauty have delighted and won fans wherever she has performed. While attending college, Juli worked as a jingle vocalist in the Indianapolis area. Her voice was heard on national, regional, and local commercial jingles, promoting the wares of such impressive commercial clients as McDonald’s, General Electric, Mayflower Moving, and Pic-N-Pay Shoes. She performed at The Little Nashville Opry in Indiana, where she was featured with their Opry band. That’s when Bill Anderson, former country music star, encouraged her to move to Nashville where she has become much in demand as a demo singer. She is also developing her talents as a song writer and has had several songs published with major publishing companies. Juli says, “I love to sing and truly believe it’s what the good Lord intended for me to do.”

 

 

 

 

RAY BARNETTE - SINGER IN TEST REVUE

Ray of RAY BARNETTE PRODUCTIONS is an EMMY NOMINATED PRODUCER and GRAMMY NOMINATED SONG WRITER in Nashville, TN. He is also a brilliant performer. His “Why I Love Today,” which he wrote and also produced, won his Emmy Nomination for “Outstanding Original Song – Main Theme” – for The Today Show. BRYAN CUMMING - SAXOPHONE PERFORMER IN TEST REVUE

Bryan grew up in Georgia in a musical family playing Dixieland jazz and singing harmony on Beatles songs. After a year in the Army playing saxophone, he toured and recorded with Martin Mull. Moving to L.A. in 1976, Cumming played sax on sessions with such artists as Al Jarreau, The Pointer Sisters, Maria Muldaur, Al Hirt and The Ohio Players. As a member of Billy Vera and The Beaters, he performed at the Tokyo Music Festival and played on the #1 single "At This Moment". As a member of the L.A. Jazz Choir, he performed at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion. He toured Japan and South America with David Soul and toured four years as lead guitarist for ShaNaNa. Moving to Nashville in 1988, he worked with K.T. Oslin and Cleve Francis, and established his production facility, Studio 23 Nashville, where he continues to produce independent artists. DOUG GRIEVES - GUITAR PERFORMER IN TEST REVUE

Dug Grieves came to Nashville in the mid 70’s and traveled with Leroy Van Dyke, Billie Jo Spears, Sammi Smith, Jack Greene and Jeannie Seely. He started working the Opry (Grand Ole Opry) in '81, and he continues to work many shows there with the staff band and regularly with Jeannie Seely. He’s played thousands of shows and sessions with hundreds of writers and artists. He works in many different studios including his own small overdub room. He said, “I’ve been at it for 45 years!”
